4x of the missing PROMs where checked and dumped by Joe Magiera, and they match a standard Namco Rally X romset. I think it is safe to assume that also the other missing PROMs would match.

There are 2 EPROMs different from "rallyxa" in MAME.
2.8e on sound PCB is the GFX ROM that removes "NAMCO" name from screen.
6.1j on main PCB is a CPU ROM; in the current MAME driver it gets stuck at initial boot-up sequence with an error "ROM 3" flashing on screen. I have dumped this EPROM multiple times with different Volt and Amperage settings and always get the same result, so I consider unlikely a bad dump.

update 20200607: from OSSO: EPROM 6.1j has only one bit difference from standard, and that variation makes no sense at all. It is 99,99% a problem of bit rot. Therefore I'll flag it a "bad dump".
