It's a VECTOR game!
update 20140309: Piero dumped his board. It is identical to mine, and thanks to his dump we can confirm the following 2 things:
1) the EPROM 7P of my dump is bad. It is correct in Piero's dump, and it matches starcas1 dump. So the comment in the source code can be removed, and the rom marked as GOOD_DUMP
2) the PROM 8e in Piero's dump and in mine are the same, and they differ from the PROM in MAME. The source code should be updated consequently.
