I got this PROM and PAL from Tirino73. He claims that this is the decription key to Seishun Scandal. It is not yet clear if it comes from an original Sega PCB or from a bootleg.

All EPROMs are identical to Jap Ver, only decryption key changes (which sounds very strange to me, maybe it's just a line swap).
