update 20200405: found a full PCB for the same game!
main PCB is marked: "4022" and "F6442" on solder side
sound PCB is marked: "F6598" on component side
sound PCB is marked: "F6598" and "4104" on solder side
The PCB has clearly been manufactured in Italy

update 20200504: Caius dumped the PCB, and confirmed it's the same game as in the old blister.
This is an Italian made bootleg of "Circus / Acrobat TV"
Only difference are 2 bytes in the main program, labeling on the blister suggests it's a modification to the scoring system.
Now we have a dump for 2 small PROMs (4d,5d) which are present also on the original PCB, and not yet in MAME. Function unknown (maybe colors?)
