This board has seibu1 rom with no sticker and the board is nearly identical to the original except it has some circuitry which is empty on the original one (potentiometer VR2 with resistors and caps which does nothing on WIZ)
On this board IC62 (74ls259) is not populated.
On the bottom board the original one has 2x rare CXK5808 rams (1k x 8bit), this board has 2 daughter boards (handmade) which replaces each ram with 2x 6148 rams and a TTL chip.
My opinion is that this board ran another game and they put Wiz roms on it.
Other than that, the board has same markings on upper board (GAME 2) as the original one but the overall quality of the pcb is very bootleg ;)
