update 20200501: Thanks to Wiz we have a pic for the control panel + in game. Wiz says: "Black keyboard on the right side was used to input letters when player achieved top score. We are not sure about how many letters could be entered, but for sure it was more than 3. The top score was shown on bottom center of the screen where "CAMPION NAME" (on the bezel) can be seen."
