update 20201219: Rename the circusb set to circuso as it has been verified to be identical to the older version of circus with the revision 9004 ROM, and fix the ROM names on that set to match the labels on the actual PCB. [Andy Welburn] | |||

1x 8 DIP switches bank (main PCB 14a)
Notes
Blister only, no PCB
labeled "Circus - punteggio basso" - "Circus - lower scoring"
update 20200405: found a full PCB for the same game!
main PCB is marked: "4022" and "F6442" on solder side
sound PCB is marked: "F6598" on component side
sound PCB is marked: "F6598" and "4104" on solder side
The PCB has clearly been manufactured in Italy
update 20200504: Caius dumped the PCB, and confirmed it's the same game as in the old blister.
This is an Italian made bootleg of "Circus / Acrobat TV"
Only difference are 2 bytes in the main program, labeling on the blister suggests it's a modification to the scoring system.
Now we have a dump for 2 small PROMs (4d,5d) which are present also on the original PCB, and not yet in MAME. Function unknown (maybe colors?)
update 20201219: Rename the circusb set to circuso as it has been verified to be identical to the older version of circus with the revision 9004 ROM, and fix the ROM names on that set to match the labels on the actual PCB. [Andy Welburn]
