English: The strange thing is that it only changes 1 byte, from 0x01 to 0x03. Functionality changes from add to, $ 01 to add to, $ 03. Then the sum is loaded into memory at address 8009. I saw that that code is used at the end of the rom test, but I don't understand the function well.
