Original Notes from Guru:
      - CPU is unknown. It's chip DE102. The clock input is 14.000MHz on pin 6
        It's thought to be a custom-made encrypted 68000.
        The package is a Quad Flat Pack, has 128 pins and is symmetrically square (1 1/4" square from tip to tip). 
        So the question arises...  "Which CPU's manufactured around 1993 had 128 pins?"
