Star Horse 2001, SEGA ENTERPRISES, NAOMI M2/M3 cart. 

We do not have the complete game set for this version. 

The cart is populated with an EPROMs and MASK ROMs.

The dump has been validated against the ROM TEST checksums.

SEGA did not want to release an updated BIOS so they just modified 
the EPROM headers storing two 8MB ROMs inside a physical 16MB. 
Therefore the ROM test shows n MASK ROMs but physically threre are only n/2.
