Mars TV, SEGA 1999, NAOMI M2/M3 cart.

Cart is populated with an EPROM and 15 MASK ROMs.

There is a 6MB gap in the memory range from the EPROM to the first,
MASK ROM. This dump is not included.

This game was obviously never intented to be sold outside the
Japanese market. Only the game name for the Japanese region
is filled in. On an non Japanese BIOS the gamename will be empty
as seen in the ROM test image.

The dump has been validated against the ROM TEST checksums.
