Star Horse 2002 (sound and backup) (840-0103B), SEGA ENTERPRISES, NAOMI M2/M3 cart. 

Cart is populated with an EPROM and 5 MASK ROMs.

The protection chip is not mounted.

There is a 4MB gap in the memory range from the EPROM to the first,
MASK ROM. This dump is not included.

The dump has been validated against the ROM TEST checksums.

SEGA did not want to release an updated BIOS so they just modified 
the EPROM headers storing two 8MB ROMs inside a physical 16MB. 
Therefore the ROM test shows 9 MASK ROMs but physically there are only 5.

The second half of mpr-23892.ic5 is actually unused. Therefore there are
only 9 entries in the ROM TEST.
